CIA Puerto Rico, 1964 (CIA-UAP-D022 / D023)
A Navy pilot reports a Mach 3 delta, and a destroyer's radar logs “in excess of 3800 knots.” The CIA office behind OXCART says it isn't one of theirs, runs the radar film, and gets about 485 knots. Its verdict is “probably a delta-wing fighter,” with a Cuban MiG-21 the memo can neither “suggest or deny.” Two CIA memos from February 1965, read on screen. PURSUE Release 05.
